SelectOut: Helps to Opt-out Tracking Cookies

SelectOut offers to bring control and choice back to users online when it comes to their information used in online tracking and advertising. Learn about the practices of online tracking companies, your options with them, and the current state of online privacy.

Online tracking is the backbone of advertising on the internet and powers everything from personalizing ads to actual web page content for you individually. There is no doubt that the personalization of content has fostered growth and new technologies online, but for many people they would rather not be tracked online.
Tracking companies gather your location, keywords you search for, browser type, and everything in between to offer a portfolio for ad companies to target you with. In many cases this is actually beneficial being able to see relevant information rather than generic ads, but some of the information that is collected you may want to keep private. This is what Opt-Outs were created for because they allow users to prevent their information from being used in targeting.

Remove Unwanted “Create New” Shortcuts in Right Click Menu

It happens sometimes that during installation, some applications add entries to the new menu that are not used by the you at all. It would not make sense to keep them in the menu especially if the menu contains a lot of additional entries already.

This makes folder navigation slow making you wait every time you want to make a new folder or access the right click options.

How to Remove Items in Right Click “NEW” Context Menu

ShellMenuNew is a small utility that displays the list of all menu items in the ‘New’ submenu of Windows Explorer. It allows you to easily disable unwanted menu items, so this ‘New’ submenu will display only the items that you need.
